Currently, I am the founder and director of modulo p SA, a Switzerland-based company providing consulting services in the domain of applied cryptography, cryptography engineering and software protection. I am also an external lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland and a member of the advisory board of CYSEC SA.

Before that, I have been a senior manager for security technology at Snap; a full professor of cybersecurity at HEIG-VD, a part of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO); as well as a co-founder of strong.codes SA, a startup active in the domain of software protection whose technology was eventually acquired by Snap.

Even before that, I was working as an applied cryptographer for the Kudelski Group, world leader in the Pay-TV industry. Until March 2005, I have been a full-time teaching and research assistant in Security and Cryptography Laboratory led by Serge Vaudenay at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (Switzerland).

My main scientific interests are related to applied cryptography, software protection, software security and ethical hacking.
